My DG31PR Intel motherboard has a Core2 Duo E7200 @ 2.53GHz CPU.

Bios Update

The latest BIOS revision for this board is 071 released in 2012. Sadly, Intel has since stopped publishing and offering the BIOS updates for this motherboard from their website since 2019. Fortunately, a copy of this can be found at the University of Latvia at http://priede.bf.lu.lv/ftp/pub/OS/mates_deli/Intel/DG31PR/BIOS/

System turns off after a minute

Of course, the reason why I wanted to do a BIOS update is because this board turns off after about a minute when I have a GPU plugged in to the PCI-E slot. This is possibly a PSU issue, but the odd thing is that the motherboard doesn't turn on again until the board experiences a full power cycle. (This was tested by leaving the PSU connected to power and unplugging the ATX connector to the motherboard). Voltages by the PSU also appear OK.
