Tar: Failed to open /dev/sa0

If you are getting an error similar to:

tar: Failed to open '/dev/sa0'

while trying to extract an archive piped to {{code|tar like:

cat archive.tar | tar -x

You probably want to define {{code|-f - to tell tar to extract from stdin.

cat archive.tar | tar -xf -
