Lynx is an open source text based web browser. Alternatives to Lynx include links and ELinks.
Installation
On CentOS 8, you have to enable the Power Tools repo:

Create a .lynxrc file with the following:
accept_all_cookies=on
force_ssl_cookies_secure=on
case_sensitive_searching=off
character_set=UNICODE (UTF-8)
user_mode=ADVANCED
verbose_images=on
vi_keys=on
