Unixbench is a benchmark program for unix based systems. For more information, take a look at https://code.google.com/p/byte-unixbench/
Linux
On a clean installation of CentOS (or any other RH derivative), run the following code:
yum install -y mesa-libGL-devel libXext-devel libX11-devel perl-Time-HiRes make gcc
wget https://byte-unixbench.googlecode.com/files/UnixBench5.1.3.tgz
tar -xzf UnixBench5.1.3.tgz
cd UnixBench
./Run
Issues
For newer versions of gcc (>= 4.8), you may get the following error:
